International City is a large-scale residential development in Dubai consisting of multiple mid-rise apartment buildings designed to provide affordable housing within a well-planned urban community. The project includes residential blocks, parking areas, landscaped courtyards, and supporting infrastructure forming one of Dubai’s largest residential districts.

Members of the SIBRIS leadership team were involved in the construction of residential buildings within the International City development during previous roles in major construction companies in the UAE.
